PpThe IMO\PMO Support role reports directly to the IMO/PMO Director and plays a key role in supporting integration projects. The position is responsible for coordinating the integration process, consolidating information flows, and ensuring effective alignment across functions, systems, and teams. /ppThis role requires strong cross-functional collaboration to guarantee seamless integration of processes, technologies, governance, and organizational practices. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliSupport the design and implementation of the Day 1 readiness plan and the overall integration roadmap. /liliCoordinate workstream activities and monitor progress against defined milestones. /liliPrepare materials, reporting, and documentation for IMO governance meetings. /liliSupport the definition and tracking of KPIs to monitor integration progress and financial impact. /liliCollaborate closely with Finance to ensure budget alignment and reporting consistency. /liliAct as a key coordination point within the IMO team for leadership stakeholders. /liliSupport operational harmonization across production, procurement, and business development. /liliContribute to governance model alignment, performance management frameworks, and internal control consistency. /liliIdentify integration risks, interdependencies, and critical path constraints. /liliDevelop and track mitigation plans to ensure timely milestone delivery. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliMaster’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or related fields. /liliprevious experience in integration management, PMO/IMO roles, strategy, operations, or consulting. /liliProven experience in MA integration, transformation programs, or complex cross-functional projects. /liliStrong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and tight deadlines. /liliSolid financial acumen, including KPI tracking, budgeting, and performance monitoring. /liliStrong stakeholder management and communication skills, including executive exposure. /liliAnalytical mindset with structured problem-solving capabilities. /liliFluent in English; additional languages are a plus. /li /ulh3WHAT DO WE HAVE TO OFFER? /h3pWith a genuine culture of reward and recognition, we want our employees to grow, develop and be part of our journey.
