PJob summary/Role description /ppThe Trade Compliance Officer is responsible for ensuring that all project activities involving the export, re-export, transfer, and brokering of goods, software, and technology comply with applicable export control and sanctions regulations. /ppKey Activities Responsibilities /ppThroughout the lifecycle of the project, the Trade Compliance Officer will: /pulliAssess risks and vulnerabilities associated with project activities related to export, re-export, transfer, and brokering of goods, software, and technology. /liliLiaise with project functions (including procurement, logistics, engineering, project control, and finance) on all matters relating to Trade Compliance. /liliScreen products to identify dual-use items and restricted goods that require prior export authorization. /liliPrepare export authorization applications when needed. /liliEnsure the accurate and efficient filing of Trade Compliance documentation. /liliPrepare periodic reports on Trade Compliance activities and related matters. /li /ulpPersonal Attributes /pulliMinimum of five years of relevant experience. /liliProficiency in both spoken and written English is essential. /liliTechnical skills are preferred. /li /ul
