Job description:

The job holder must comply with all legal regulations, work agreements, procedural instructions, ANDRITZ guidelines, and the ANDRITZ Group's compliance regulations (including the Code of Conduct and Ethics). They must also adhere to occupational safety, health, and environmental protection requirements and participate in regular training and eLearning courses.
Additionally, the employee must follow occupational safety and compliance instructions from the start of work and incorporate them into daily activities.
Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with all applicable QHSE laws, regulations, and standards; establishing, implementing, and maintaining QHSE management systems such as ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, ISO50001, and risk assessment documents.
The candidate should stay informed about the latest QHSE developments and communicate these within the organization and across all locations.
They will assess system efficiency, monitor performance, identify improvement opportunities, and analyze nonconformities.
Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including employees, suppliers, industry associations, and participating in fairs and conferences, is essential.
The role includes conducting regulatory monitoring, hosting external partners during audits and inspections, and leading the QHSE team. The candidate will manage workload and activities, define roles and responsibilities, and coordinate training and awareness initiatives.
Support for locations and project teams on QHSE matters, ensuring compliance with legal, ANDRITZ, and contractual requirements, is also required.
Profile:
