Our aim is simple yet powerful: to turn scent into a story that captivates, inspires, and makes every client truly stand out. Position: We are looking for a Fragrance Creative Center Manager. Join us, you will be responsible for leading fragrance development activities by managing the Creative team, Perfumers and Evaluators, and establishing effective processes to ensure the creation of winning fragrances which support the success of the Commercial teams. Responsibilities Leadership & Talent Development: Lead the creative team consisting of Perfumers and Evaluators. Train and develop team members to ensure the collective success of the group. Manage Goal Setting and Performance Review Plans to drive individual and team excellence. Strategic Planning & Business Growth: Develop and implement strategic plans to establish the company across multiple categories with key and strategic large accounts. Formulate long-term Product Development Strategies in alignment with Organization and Business Unit goals. Develop olfactive strategies and innovation specifically designed to support business growth. Innovation & Product Solutions: Support the commercialization of new technology and advanced delivery systems. Understand key category insights to offer complete and effective product solutions. Contribute to winning briefs by delivering creative solutions that meet specific customer needs. Closely monitor market trends, competition, and consumer behavior to optimize olfactive insight and understanding. Operational Excellence & Profitability: Establish action plans with clear deadlines to ensure fragrances meet briefs in an accurate and timely manner. Achieve assigned category targets while maintaining or increasing profitability as required. Qualifications Experience: Advanced degree in Perfumery (or related field) with a minimum of 10 years in Fragrance Evaluation. Leadership: Proven track record in people management, goal setting, and team development. Strategic Thinking: Strong analytical, planning, and project management skills with a result-oriented mindset. Communication: Outstanding relationship-building and presentation skills. Languages: Full proficiency in Italian (C2) and English (C1). This is a high-level role in a fast-paced, creative environment where you can truly influence the future of fragrance development.
