The person will have the following responsibilities: - Elaborates sales order fulfilment management, tracks and monitors the related documents, commercial offers and contracts
- Manages the operative process of the sales orders
- Manages and supports customer relationships from the Headquarters (contracts, reports Meeting minutes, meeting follow-ups etc.)
- Helps in organizing visits / audits at the Headquarters
- Supports the management of the sales forecast for his/her assigned area
- Works with Account Managers to guarantee customer satisfaction- ** Qualifications**
- Education: BA Degree in Modern Languages, Foreign Trading, Economics as preferred
- Experience: 1/2 years of experience in a similar role
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; German or French is considered a plus
- Experience using Microsoft Office suite
