For this reason we are looking for a Mechanical Foremen (m/f/d) to join our team for an immediate entry (full time).

Requirements:
You are definitely a match if you...
13. Have 7-10 years of experience in luxury ship building
14. Have experience leading a team
15. Have experience with electrical propulsion is preferred
16. Have high attention to detail
17. Have good planning and organizational skills
18. Have passion for boats/yachts in general (boating license is an advantage)
19. Are able to work independently and in a structured manner
20. Have organizational skills, flexibility, and reliability
21. Have a creative problem solving attitude
22. Are solution oriented
23. Have willingness to travel
24. Have “Hands-on” mentality
25. Have strong verbal and written communication skills in Italian (English language skills are beneficial)
