Candidates must have a solid background in executing complex cross border MA transactions and will play a key role in managing deals across their full lifecycle - from origination to closing - in business areas core to EssilorLuxottica company as eyewear, iconic brands, fashion, luxury, sport, wholesale, retail, ecommerce, technology, software, RD, smart glasses and wearables, and medtech. Based in Milan. /p h3Main responsibilities /h3 ul liMonitor market trends and identify potential strategic opportunities /li liSupport negotiation phases and structuring of transactions /li liSupport and lead execution of MA transactions (majority / minority, mergers, carve-outs, etc.) /li liPerform financial analysis, valuation modelling (DCF, trading transaction comparables) /li liCoordinate due diligence across external advisors (financial, legal, tax, commercial etc.) and internal members of business functions /li liPrepare investment memoranda, management presentations and board materials /li liInteract with target representatives, advisors, partners and stakeholders /li liSupport the legal team across all transaction documents and required corporate actions /li /ul h3Main requirements /h3 ul li6–8 years of experience in MA roles within Investment Banks, MA Advisory Boutiques, Big 4 Transaction Services / Corporate Finance, MA Department of a relevant industry player or in Private Equity funds /li liStrong financial modelling and valuation skills /li liProven experience in managing multiple workstreams in complex transactions /li liExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills /li liFluency in English (mandatory) /li liItalian and French language skills are highly preferred /li liStrong communication and stakeholder management capabilities /li liAbility to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment /li /ul h3What’s in it for you /h3 pIn EssilorLuxottica, you are not defined just by your job title.
