The resource, which will functionally respond to the production team manager, will have to collaborate with the research & development têxtile area and the purchasing area in order to guarantee the production of the products in compliance with the established times, costs and quality standards in the planning phase. Your responsibilities: - Manage and implement relations with Decathlon stakeholders, including through site visits (Northern Italy, Germany or France) - Actively participate in the development and definition of quotations for a new product; - Define and guarantee the production start-up of the products in compliance with the time, costs and budgeted requirements; - Check the consistency between the Technical Requirement and the physical product before the launch for mass production; - Ensure compliance with the homologation steps according to internal standards; - Analyze and implement the efficiency of production processes. Your profile: - New graduate / Junior profile; - Avid sports lover; - English is a must. French is a plus; - Bachelor or Master degree (engineering, physics); - Passionate about production processes, lean management knowledge is welcome; - Availability for travel and weekly transfers.
