Based in Italy, and truthful to its DNA, KIKO MILANO takes advantage of combining trustworthy quality, creativity and stunning aesthetics /p pb Your role at KIKO MILANO /b /p p We are looking for a b Global Marketing Intern /b to join KIKO MILANO’s HQ. /pp Such talent will focus on: /pulli Support execution of the Special Projects stream works featuring key relevance for KIKO Milano, with special focus onto E2E roll-out of Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games Sponsorship /lili Ensure timely delivery of the assigned projects /lili Support in developing internal presentations /lili Actively manage communications with relevant internal/external stakeholders /lili Govern calendar appointments setting and coordinate agendas /li /ul p In particular, you will: /pulli Coordinate all types of incoming requests related to Special Projects, supporting from brief drafting to final execution and close-out report, mediating the conversation between external Partners and HQ Teams /lili Keep track of all the ongoing activities related to the project, i.e. meetings setting, minutes drafting, follow-ups, coordinating with cross functional HQ teams and with external Partners /lili Act as the key point of reference for guideline compliance and creative asset approvals, ensuring adherence to Olympic and Paralympic regulations /lili Liaise with key HQ teams for any relevant topic (Global Product teams, Creative services, Social Media, PR, Communication, Trade Marketing and Merchandising, CMI, Legal, Planning and Logistics, others in HQ) /lili Ensure thoughtfully support for preparation of decks /lili Support operational implementation of key workstreams, acting through official channels and platforms /lili Properly represent KIKO Milano and the HQ team reporting into whenever approaching external high-profile contacts in the Beauty industry, not excluding competitors ‘companies /li /ul pb What you will need to succeed /b /pulli Previous experience in Marketing Function or Consulting Firm; former work experience in the Beauty / Retailer industry will be considered a plus as well as work experience in multinational/global companies; /lili Passion for beauty business; /lili BS or MSc in Economy or Marketing; /lili Excellent analytical skills; /lili Good knowledge of Office package (Excel, Power Point, SAP); /lili Fluent in English written and spoken, other languages are a plus; /lili Good knowledge of Marketing principles, analytical logics and economic data; /lili Unrivaled project management and presentations skills; /lili Good understanding of the retail industry and trends. /li /ul pb We would love if you had /b /pulli Ability to learn on the job; /lili A solution-orientated mindset with the ability to work accurately at pace; /lili Strong organizational skills with an ability to re-prioritize as required to meet deadlines; /lili Active listening; /lili Team player attitude; /lili Ability to multi-task and be action oriented; exercise independent judgement and decision-making. /li /ul p KIKO si impegna ad ampliare i propri sforzi per garantire le Pari Opportunità e dedica una particolare attenzione all’integrazione delle persone con disabilità all’interno dell’azienda.
