Production Engineer (Coating Technologies)San Giorgio di Nogaro, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, ITMore About the RolePerform necessary control activities to ensure that production processes or services within the scope of the assigned department are carried out in accordance with relevant technologies.Document production parameters, test results, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Collaborate with R&D teams to transfer new processes into production and continuously improve existing methods.Analyze technological parameters and output parameters for individual processes, solve technological and technical problems, and supervise the technological discipline of individual processes.Analyze characterization results (SEM, TEM, XPS, spectrophotometer, nanoindentation) and interpret results to validate coating performance.Train and support production staff on coating techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures.Analyze customer feedback and quality claims, identify root causes, and initiate and follow up corrective action plans in coordination with relevant stakeholders.All About YouBachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Engineering, Metallurgy, Nanotechnology, Optics & Photonics, or Physics/Engineering.Hands‑on experience with thin film deposition techniques (CVD, PVD, MSVD) in a production or laboratory setting.Practical knowledge of characterization methods (SEM, TEM, XPS, spectrophotometer, nanoindentation).Ability to operate, calibrate, and maintain production equipment.Familiarity with optical modeling and data analysis software (OTF, CODE, OPTILAYER, SPEOS, Minitab).Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and ability to follow standard operating procedures.Good communication skills in English and ability to work effectively in a team.Willingness to work in a production environment with shift-based schedules if required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
