We are looking for our new Assistant Store Manager for the brand-new store opening in Oriocenter – Orio al Serio, Bergamo!
Role Purpose
As Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in building and leading a high-performing store team, ensuring that the store:
* Achieves set goals
* Checks the brand standards are properly followed
* Delivers operational excellence
The Assistant Store Manager provides the highest level of customer experience and assists with delivering the vision of the brand, supporting and mentoring the Sales Associates with their personal and career development. They will also act as a Training Ambassador for the store team.

Qualifications
* Minimum of 1.5 years of management experience in retail.
* Strong customer service experience with a drive to provide best-in-class retail experiences.
* Ability to analyze business trends and reporting to drive sales.
* Passionate about the sports industry.
* Proficient in English and MS Office.
Additional Information
* Permanent contract, full time (40h/week).
