Lead BAS Technician – San Antonio

Responsibilities
* Lead commissioning, system startups and functional testing while overseeing and supporting technicians in the field.
* Act as a technical escalation point for on-site troubleshooting and repair of BAS systems including controllers, sensors, actuators and networked devices.
* Coordinate and respond to service calls including alarms and customer reported issues.
* Oversee firmware updates, configuration changes and system optimisations.
Qualifications
* Strong HVAC knowledge.
* Extensive experience working on BAS systems.
* Advanced troubleshooting expertise.
* Leadership or mentoring experience.
