Every day, more than 80 000 colleagues lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide, connecting cities as we reduce carbon and replace cars. /p h3Purpose of the Job /h3 ul liTo ensure accuracy of actual costs recorded and guarantee the analysis of the ETC of a given WP's package. /li liTo ensure that WP QCD commitment is properly backed-up/documented and monitored on a monthly basis. /li liSupports the Work Package Owner in the controlling/financial management of his Work Package and help in identifying risks in advance. /li /ul h3Position in the Organisation /h3 pThe WPC is member of Finance organization. /p pThe WPC reports hierarchically to the Head of WPC. /p h3Key Network Links /h3 ul liWorks closely with WP owners /li liWorks closely with Project Controllers and the Platforms /li liWorks often with Head of Departments /li liSite Controller /li liProject Team /li /ul h3Mission /h3 ul liEnsure accuracy of Quality and Costs data. /li liTo review and validate in full transparency the QCD performance reported in the WP vs the commitment to be delivered. /li liChecks input for the Reference library loop-back process for the cost elements. /li liRespect of ALSTOM rules processes. /li liQuality of variance analysis. /li liReporting is accurate and on time. /li liSatisfaction of WP owners. /li /ul h3Accountabilities /h3 ul liWP actuals and engaged costs /li liWP @ completion /li liWP working capitals (inventories) /li liWP cash out /li /ul h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the Work Package Owner in the financial management of his Work Package. /li liSupport the WP Owner in the WP Review with the project/Platform. /li liCalculate the WP costs since Situation 0. /li liPrepare and review WP Report: Actuals cost at completion, ensure individual risks are properly assessed and mitigation plans in place. /li liReview and analyse WP working capital (inventories in particular). /li liProvide all WP finance reporting (WP Reporting in particular). /li liIs the interface with the Project Controller (Region) for all WP financial issues. /li /ul h3Important to note /h3 pAs a global business, we’re an equal-opportunity employer that celebrates diversity across the 63 countries we operate in.
