**Inside Sales**
**Location : Bologna**

Eaton’s Electrical Sector is a global leader with expertise in power distribution and circuit protection; backup power protection; control and automation; lighting and security; structural solutions and wiring devices; solutions for harsh and hazardous environments; and engineering services. Eaton is positioned through its global solutions to answer today’s most critical electrical power management challenges.
Promote and sell products and solutions in remote mode to customer portfolio (via phone and web meetings); bringing value of Eaton Solution or products to customers. Proactively act to understand, detect and solve customer needs and identify solutions to non-standard tasks/queries.
**Responsibilities**:
Work on customer portfolio for maintain, saturate and generate revenues
Develop new customers on the assigned geographical area
Develop action on Leads provided after marketing actions, ensuring opportunity creation and business generation
Develop and leverage relationship and market together with Channel Partners
Leverage the full MOEM organization for providing effective business development and growth
Provide good follow up on ongoing quotes until getting PO from customer
Gain deep understainding on customer business for promoting the appropriate product portfolio and related services with the clear understanding of the impact it has on the customer thus maximizing sales potentials
Establish professional and best practice contacts with the customers
Constant cooperation within Eaton departments in order to acquire and maintain an extensive knowledge about sales, products and marketing.
Instigates regular meetings with sales and channel managers in order to establish and verify the forecast and work progress
He/she will have KPI and sales target to achieve, taking direct ownership of customers and tasks (i.e. contract renewals, less technical sales, etc)
Able to detect and escalate problem or error with data that he/she is responsible for
Accurate management of CRM
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 3/5 years of sales experience preferably on electrical/IT/telecommunications.
- Technical sales attitude and analytical skills
- Market, Industry, Channel and Competitive Knowledge.
- Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills (Written and Verbal)
- Teamwork, networking, and continuous learning skills.
- Adapting and driving change and process improvements.
- Ability to build and manage a sales funnel of opportunities using a CRM solution with relevant reporting
- English is an advantage.
