Context & Impact We’re hiring a Senior UX Designer to strengthen our UX capability as Lansweeper evolves further into a Cyber Asset Intelligence platform .
Your work will directly impact how thousands of IT administrators, security teams, SOC analysts, and engineering teams interact with complex asset, risk, and security data across hybrid environments.
As we lean more into cybersecurity-related use cases (vulnerability insights, risk & compliance, asset discovery, identity & permissions), we need a senior designer who thrives in complex B2B SaaS environments , understands technical users , and can translate intricate systems into intuitive, high‑impact product experiences.
You will be part of a cross-functional domain team (Product Manager, UX, Engineering, PMM) and report to the Director of UX . This is a senior individual contributor role with strong influence on product direction and UX maturity.
In the near future, your focus will be:
- Elevating UX quality across security and asset intelligence workflows
- Designing for data-heavy, role-based, multi-tenant environments
- Contributing to scalable UX foundations in a fast-growing product portfolio
Challenge The main challenges you'll face are:
- Designing end‑to‑end UX for complex cybersecurity and IT workflows
- Translating technical systems, risk models, and asset intelligence data into clear, usable experiences
- Balancing qualitative research, quantitative product data, and AI-augmented insights
- Designing for role-based access, permissions, and multi-tenant platforms
- Raising UX maturity while integrating AI-powered product experiences responsibly
