Senior Business Analyst - Insurance Sector (Universo Platform)
Responsibilities include:
* Review of functional and technical analysis
* Coordination and execution of integration and customization testing
* Technical interface with other IT areas (Architecture, Ops, Data, Security)
* Cross IT activities across projects of this nature
Required experience:
* 6–8 years in Life Insurance (Savings / Investment focus)
* 4+ years in Life Insurance (Pension focus)
* 6–8 years of hands-on experience with the UNIVERSO application, including its architecture and integration logic
* Knowledge of regulatory and fiscal compliance in the Life Insurance domain, especially on UNIVERSO
Technical skills:
* Software architecture and integration patterns
* Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
* Relevant programming languages and technologies tied to UNIVERSO
Project-related experience:
* 4+ years on similar projects for large insurance clients, Life portfolio focus
* Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, MS Office, etc.)
* Change management expertise
