Cluster Social Media & Brand Content Executive - Six Senses Ibiza, Rome & Milan (Based in Milan)
As the Cluster Brand Content Executive for Six Senses Ibiza, Rome, and Milan (based in Milan), you will be a key creative force behind the stories we tell and the visuals we share. This role blends editorial instinct, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for beauty and detail to ensure all brand content reflects the soul of our locations and the philosophy of Six Senses.
Your mission is to craft, curate, and coordinate inspiring brand content that lives across our touchpoints — from photography and social storytelling to printed materials and in-room pieces, supporting our values of sustainability, emotional hospitality, and meaningful connection.
Working closely with the Cluster Marketing Managers, PR & Communication Manager, and local MarComms teams, you will be a guardian of tone, style, and storytelling integrity across the cluster.
1. Content & Editorial Curation
* Source and develop brand-aligned content ideas that highlight the uniqueness of each property (through our Brand pillars: Wellness, Sustainability, Culture & Entertainment, and F&B).
* Work collaboratively to produce editorial calendars, property narratives, and cluster-level content series.
* Coordinate content needs for internal publications, media kits, in-room literature, printed brochures, and other materials.
2. Social Storytelling & Campaign Support
* Collaborate with the Cluster Marketing and PR Managers to build content tailored for social and owned channels.
* Assist in content rollout across platforms (Instagram, Newsletters, etc.), ensuring brand alignment and creativity.
* Write or commission captions, interview-style posts, and light editorial copy, rooted in the Six Senses voice.
3. Visual Asset Coordination
* Coordinate and lead creative planning and production of photo/video shoots; pre-production and ensure deliverables are in line with creative vision.
* Select and organize visual content for multi-platform use (social, email, on-property, PR, etc.).
* Work with the teams on adapting existing assets for cluster and property-specific needs.
* Support the creation and adaptation of printed materials, including menus, brochures, postcards, and event collateral.
* Ensure all outputs are visually consistent and emotionally aligned with the Six Senses aesthetic and purpose.
Qualification
To excel in this role, you must demonstrate proven expertise and experience in a similar capacity within luxury hospitality, fashion, beauty, design or related industries.
* 3+ years of experience in content creation, editorial coordination, or brand storytelling roles in luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or creative industries.
* Strong creative writing and storytelling skills with a refined visual eye.
* Experience working with creative teams or agencies on content shoots or campaigns.
* Familiarity with content planning tools and asset management.
* Native-level fluency in English & Italian, Spanish are a plus.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and culturally sensitive.
* EU work permit or EU citizenship required.
