Job Requirements:
* Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, or chat
* Manage customer orders, tracking, and issue resolution
* Collaborate with sales reps and area managers to ensure timely information and assistance
* Prepare and update sales reports and customer performance data
* Participate in cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement of customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
* Fluency in German and English; Italian and French are a plus
* Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, or similar roles
* Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
* High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
* Passion for cycling
