Job responsibilities
YOUR MISSION AND ROLE
As a Stockist within our luxury universe, you play a vital role in the behind-the-scenes operations, ensuring the seamless flow of inventory and maintaining the boutique’s exceptional standards. Your responsibilities include:
- Inventory Management: Oversee the receipt, storage, and organization of luxury products, maintaining accurate inventory levels; implement effective inventory control measures to minimize discrepancies and losses; process and fulfill orders efficiently, ensuring accurate picking, packing, and shipping of products; collaborate with the sales team to fulfill client requests promptly; maintain an organized and visually appealing stockroom; contribute to the aesthetic presentation of products in coordination with visual merchandisers.
- Quality, Security & Loss Prevention: Conduct regular quality checks on incoming and outgoing merchandise, reporting any discrepancies or damages; collaborate with relevant teams to address quality issues and maintain the highest standards; implement security measures to safeguard valuable inventory; work closely with security personnel to prevent theft and unauthorized access to stock areas; collaborate with the sales team to ensure timely replenishment of merchandise on the shop floor; communicate effectively with the operations team to streamline processes and enhance efficiency; collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and management, to meet boutique objectives; provide support during stock-taking activities and contribute to audits.
- Reporting and Documentation: Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movement, and order fulfillment; maintain accurate documentation of all stock-related activities, including receipts, transfers, and returns.

YOUR PROFILE
- Previous Experience: Proven experience in stock management within a luxury retail environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication and collaboration abilities. Very good organizational and multitasking abilities to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and systems.
- Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise.
- Commitment to Givenchy’s brand identity.
- Passion: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and exceeding sales targets.
- Language Proficiency: Very good Italian and English language skills.
