Position: Global Procurement Retail Sr / Specialist
Within the Indirect Procurement Team, this role supports the definition and implementation of global sourcing strategies, operating models, and solutions aligned with Amplifon's retail strategy and priorities. The specialist will work closely with the Global Procurement Retail Manager to manage and improve procurement activities, focusing on the following categories:
* Retail Construction
* Furniture and construction materials
* Maintenance & minor works
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist the Country Procurement and Construction Manager with retail material orders and construction bids.
* Collaborate with the Global Procurement Retail Manager and Regional Construction Manager to standardize and optimize construction materials used worldwide in Amplifon stores.
* Conduct benchmark and cost analysis to promote a cost-conscious culture and support decision-making.
* Lead sourcing projects independently, from supplier selection to evaluation, award, and contract finalization.
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure efficient feedback flows and process cooperation.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Engineering, or Civil Engineering preferred.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in retail and construction sectors.
* Experience in structured procurement and supply chain organizations.
* Knowledge of procurement processes, especially in retail services.
* Familiarity with technical drawings, bills of materials, and construction cost estimates.
* Analytical mindset with a structured approach to high-complexity environments.
* Ability to build trust and influence decision-making with stakeholders.
* Curiosity about market and commercial trends; ability to bring insights to the organization.
* Proficiency in Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint); AutoCAD is a plus.
* Fluent in English and Italian.
