As Associate Client Engagement Manager (NCG CEM) you’ll have the opportunity to be part of the South‑Central Europe region Sales & Apps team. The region includes Italy, Turkey, Greece and Malta. Expected responsibilities
* Become a trusted advisor to clients through diligent consistent engagement with them
* Follow the latest market trends and collaborate with partners at discovering new clients and fields of play
* Work with the Microchip team at developing technology solutions that will help clients accelerate their growth while reducing their business risks
* Create valid business reasons for the new leads and for the clients to engage with Microchip on the early stage of their new programs on a system level
* Use insight and consultative selling techniques to teach customers about their industry and offer unique perspectives on their business
* Use creative approaches for new client engagements and problem‑solving activities
* Identify the key client stakeholders and coach those stakeholders to build consensus for Microchip’s solutions within their organization
* Contribute and participate within a global team environment to successfully develop and implement the Microchip sales strategies across clients, divisions and geographical locations
* Travel, meet people, discover, develop skills, participate in conferences, exhibitions and associated industry events
* Support activities such as concept development, compiling tender responses and offers, quoting, building customer engagement plans and maintaining forecasts
* Build strong business acumen and an objective‑oriented mindset
* Communicate effectively with Microchip product divisions, providing quantifiable feedback and ROI for their investments in the clients
Requirements / Qualifications
Qualifications and Experience
* New Graduate with a strong academic track record
* Masters / Bachelors degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Automation, Business or Information Technology or a similar background or education
* Solid understanding of electronic systems architectures, digital and analog
* No or initial work experience in the field of sales and/or application engineering
* Good knowledge of the English language and software tools
Competency
* Project management and problem‑solving skills are highly recommended>
* Skilled communication and teamwork ability is key
* Fluent in Italian and English
* Turkish language is a plus
* Willingness to build strong business acumen
* Willingness to travel in Italy and abroad
Travel Time: 50% – 75%
