Customer Implementation Specialist - Hospitality Tech (M/F/NB)

Join D‑EDGE Hospitality Solutions as a Customer Implementation Specialist. In this role you’ll ensure the successful activation of our product suite, delivering engaging training sessions and acting as the first point of contact after the Sales Manager.

Your Scope

* Activate and configure products included in the contract for new hotels.
* Follow established onboarding processes and SLAs.
* Track activation tasks and status in Salesforce CRM.
* Log support tickets for any issues encountered during implementation.
* Provide online or on‑site training sessions.
* Stay current with product and feature updates.
* Work closely with Account Managers to understand and analyse the customer’s needs.


What You’ll Be Doing

* Set‑up products as per contract.
* Ensure smooth implementation for new hotels.
* Record and update all tasks and status into Salesforce.
* Log tickets for any implementation issues.
* Keep up‑to‑date with product updates.
* Manage training (online or on‑site).


What You’ve Got

* Previous experience in a customer‑facing or implementation role within hospitality.
* Experience in a B2B technology company or hotel sector.
* Knowledge of Hospitality, GDS, or OTA environments.
* Strong analytical and detail‑oriented skills.
* Solid problem‑solving abilities.
* Team‑player mindset.
* Strong project‑management skills.
* Excellent communication and writing skills.
* Native (or fluent) Italian and fluent in English.

Recruitment Process

1. Telephone interview with Talent Acquisition Team (~30 minutes).
2. First interview with Erica De Vecchi, Onboarding Team Leader – discussion of background, motivations, role responsibilities, and technical ecosystem (~60 minutes).
3. Final interview with Eliana Gazzetta, Global Head of Onboarding – culture fit (~45 minutes).

Please note that the position is based in Mestre and requires office presence 2 or 3 days per week.
