We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Planner to join our team to ensure efficient, timely production flow that meets company quality standards.
Responsibilities

Ensure efficient and timely production planning aligned with customer demand, material availability, and manufacturing capacity.
Production Scheduling: Develop and maintain weekly/monthly production plans based on forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.
Resource Optimization: Allocate machinery, labor, and time effectively to maximize productivity and minimize downtime.
KPI Monitoring: Track and analyze key performance indicators such as OEE, lead time, on-time delivery, and scrap rates.
Issue Management: Re-plan and adjust schedules in response to equipment failures, supplier delays, or urgent order changes.
Collaborate with Purchasing, Logistics, and Quality departments to ensure material availability and adherence to deadlines.
Optimize production processes to reduce waste and increase efficiency.

Requirements

Working in teams, with an analytical approach, problem‑solving skills, and qualitative work management.
Precision, data analysis skills, and reporting abilities.
Ability to estimate timelines, identify critical issues, understand, and apply priorities.
Good knowledge of the English language.
Bachelor's degree or technical diploma (preferably in Management Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or similar).
Previous experience in the role (at least 2 years).
Knowledge of SAP.
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain dynamics.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
