You’ll collaborate with ERP and business leaders to align IT and business strategies, define solutions, and ensure value delivery. You’ll contribute to end-to-end solution delivery, data migration, and ongoing optimization of SAP S/4HANA FI-CO and related modules. This role offers international exposure and a chance to shape how finance systems enable our health-focused mission. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliEngage stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and design roadmaps aligned to business goals /liliSupport SAP Competence Center to align IT and business strategies /liliAct as IT Product Owner to govern scope and enhance solution agility /liliEstimate effort for activities and validate with vendors /liliSupport end-to-end solution delivery with ERP Team and IT Vendors /liliPerform validation checks during build and deployment to ensure architectural alignment /liliCustomize SAP S/4HANA FI-CO based on business needs and assess impacts on linked modules (SD, MM, PP) /liliAssist in UAT to identify issues in processes or documentation /liliProvide end-user training and post-go-live support /liliDevelop and maintain ERP solutions per Group guidelines and service delivery models /liliDocument improvements for integration with other applications and interfaces /liliMonitor and evaluate application performance against KPIs /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliBachelor\'s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field /lili2–3 years of IT application support or related experience /liliStrong understanding of SAP in Finance, OTC and Industrial areas /liliKnowledge of SAP FI modules (AP, AR, AA, G/L, TR) /liliSD knowledge is strongly recommended /liliABAP debugging is a plus /liliCO knowledge (COPA, Product costing, PS) is a plus /liliRAR, FM knowledge a plus /liliProficiency in diagnosing and solving application issues /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills /liliBasic project management skills /liliProficient English (written and spoken) /liliExperience in SAP implementation projects and data migration is a plus /liliSystem Integration consulting experience is a plus /li /ulpRequisiti fondamentali /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
