Job Description:
Your mission
* You are responsible for our Italian customers and handle all communication .
* You will introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries.
* You are responsible for the training of operational managers (remotely/on-site) for our product usage .
* You identify potential “stumbling blocks” in the onboarding process and work to eliminate them in collaboration with customers and colleagues from other departments.
* You will oversee upgrading our solutions for existing clients.
* Through close customer contact, you help to improve our product and processes .
Your profile
* You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proven successful projects.
* You work in a structured and meticulous manner, even under stress, managing multiple tasks effectively.
* You communicate clearly and confidently at C-level, even in tense situations.
* You are willing to travel to customer sites.
* You are native or bilingual in Italian, fluent in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience in the automotive or software sectors is advantageous but not essential.
