Define and implement sales strategies in alignment with the Board and company vision.Shift from purely transactional sales to value-based, partnership-oriented sales approaches.Identify and develop sales markets with untapped potential.Analyze market trends, customer needs, and product opportunities to anticipate changes and identify growth opportunities.Ensure strong positioning of the company as a market-leading and innovative partner in the sector.Maintain structured relationships with key customers and actively develop new client partnerships.Build and strengthen a professional network within the industry and relevant sectors.Design and coordinate the sales organization to allow field teams to focus on selling and customer value.Ensure effective cost control in both the short and long term with a focus on profitability and sustainable growth.Lead, coach, and motivate the subsidiary's employees in line with the company's management style.
Requisiti
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Commercial Economics or a related field.Proven track record in entrepreneurship and senior management, preferably in intensive livestock farming or a related sector.Experience working in an international company with multiple international subsidiaries.Strong commercial, strategic, and leadership capabilities.Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
