Your Next Role
You’ll be part of a collaborative Customer Service team focused on solving issues, supporting clients, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
You will have the opportunity to gain handson experience in:
- Efficient order management
- Supporting daily delivery processes
- Managing service claims and ensuring timely resolutions
- Overseeing valueadded service activities
- Maintaining clear inbound and outbound communication with customers to meet—and exceed—their expectations
You’ll be supported by a great Team and guided through an onboarding experience designed to help you connect with the business, your colleagues, and the full customer journey!
What You’ll Need
- A Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field, with a strong interest in Customer Service
- Active listening skills and a customerfocused mindset
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
- A good level of English
- A proactive, solutionsoriented “cando” attitude
- Excellent interpersonal skills and empathy
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Motivation, curiosity, and passion for supporting customers
