About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results\u2014driven Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent to meet the company's employment needs. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong relationship\u2014building capabilities, and the ability to work in a fast\u2014paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
Manage end\u2010to\u2010end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Work closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements
Draft job descriptions with hiring manager and post JD on job portals
Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, networking, active search and employee referrals
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and personality fit
Coordinate and schedule interviews
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Negotiate job offers and follow up with candidates on the complete process
Requirements
Bachelor's or master\'s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
A minimum of 2\u20133 years of working experience in recruitment xjrgpwk
Familiarity with recruitment software such as LinkedIn, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals
Strong interviewing and assessment skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and handle multiple job openings simultaneously
Knowledge of employer branding and talent acquisition strategies
Problem solving and critical thinking
Time management
Full professional fluency in English – this is a fully English\u2014speaking working environment
