As a Beauty Advisor on the Arezzo team, you will excel in handling the following key missions:Responsibilities Greet customers and ensure a unique and memorable shopping experience: make them feel pampered, listened to, and expertly advised.Build strong client relationships and deliver client‐centric solutions by offering personalized consultations based on their profiles.Support the Store Manager and Specialists in managing daily activities.Actively contribute to achieving store objectives (budget and targets), adapting to strategic changes and new action plans established by management.Organize and manage the stockroom and deliveries.Contribute to creating a strong team spirit, fostering a trustful and open interaction, collaborating with colleagues within and beyond the organization.Foster a positive and productive environment, highlighting wins and celebrating successes. Qualifications Previous experience in similar roles (Sales Assistant, Promoter, Beauty Consultant), preferably within dynamic, multinational retail environments.Knowledge of key commerce KPIs.Empathy and dynamism.Results‐oriented mindset.Aptitude for teamwork.Willingness to value uniqueness and differences.
