Working in the Sales Team, you will be at the heart of the business and participate actively with each member of the team to consolidate and develop our portfolio of clients and olfactive creations in Milano, win new projects both in Fine fragrance & Consumer goods divisions.

What you’ll do in the SALES MISSION
Support the Key Account Managers to manage the fragrance development projects and deal with our clients to participate to grow the fragrance business in Spain.
* Understand and enter each parameter of the projects in our system to make sure the related project team (evaluation, perfumers, marketing) can work and develop the fragrances.
* Time keeper of the deadlines, preparation of client meetings (documents, meeting room, catering), preparation of clients samples and daily shipment.
* Participate to the brief and coordinate with the creation team and the supports services to deliver the best fragrance and service to our clients (perfumers, evaluators, Marketing, regulatory, pricing, etc)
* Have a strategic and proactive approach inside the team and with the client to propose new opportunities and business models.
* Conduct business analysis and report on KPI, enter the status & follow up of each project in our system.
* Office management support (welcome partners, organize the materials, manages suppliers, equipments, etc.)
* Foster a positive, inclusive, and collaborative office environment, acting as a central point of support for employees’ day-to-day needs.
Who you are?
* Professional degree in business & marketing (business school or university).
* With previous experience of 3 to 5 years in a similar position.
* Excellent interpersonal & communication skills, joyful team player and great networker.
* Well organized, hard-worker and good at following tasks independently with autonomy.
* Italian and English are required: written & oral, French as a plus.
