About Gamindo We are a tech startup and a fast-growing company of approx 20 people that develops B2B gaming solutions for Training and Marketing goals. _Some of our clients__: _Accenture, Allianz, Angelini, Barilla, Booking, Carrefour, Coca Cola, Enel, Google, Generali, LVMH, L’Oreal, Nexi, Samsung, Telepass. Yes, we do Video games. Yes, we work with the best Brands in the world. And yes, we are growing fast and there are lots of career opportunities. The challenge we want to provide a solution for Nowadays every company struggles to catch and maintain the attention of its audience (employees or clients), so by using gaming solutions, it can get people’s attention and be sure to truly involve them by delivering the desired message to them. After all, there are 3.2 billion gamers in the world, the average age is 34, and there is no media that can engage a person like a video game: we are just using people’s spontaneous language! Our ambition To bring video games to every company in the world, leaving none behind! We reached over €1 million worth of orders last year and we are ready to scale the business with our SaaS Products: Configurator, Cyber Shield and Play Jam! We want to structure our Business team by adding 2 fresh members to create the SDR machine that will propel the growth of Gamindo! You will have to work hard to reach the quarterly goals. Sales Development is hard. This can either worry you or excite you - it's up to you. Challenging road but with very high returns What will you do? - You will be the striker of the team Gamindo (like Cristiano Ronaldo!) and your responsibility is to generate business opportunities with outbound sales. - Your goal will be to open doors working with the Chief Commercial Officer to sell Gamindo’s product to new clients. You will interact with HR, Learning & Development Directors/Managers, CIO, CISO and Marketing senior professionals of the major Italian and international companies. - Our culture cherishes entrepreneurial spirits and you will be among the first members of the Sales team. So from day zero we expect you to be the owner of your activities and an active participant in the company’s success. In fact, we know that especially the first 30-50 people in Gamindo can have a major impact on Gamindo's growth. What skills will power-up your game? - Do you know what grit is? Because we are looking for people who got it - Are you a proactive person and constantly trying to improve yourself? - Do you have a problem solver and winning “get-things-done” mindset? - Do you value humility and are you a good person? - Preferably, sales exposure: up to 1 year of work experience in sales Why should you play with us? - €32.000 OTE (On Target Earnings): €24.000 of base salary €8.000 of commission - Macbook Pro PC Smartphone - 8 hour / month for personal or professional training - Birthday off - Smart working coworking space in Milan - 2 Gamindo Retreat 2 Business Team Retreat per year - Amazing people in the team - Great personal and professional outlook for the future if you want to grow and stretch yourself: you can become the next Sales Development Director in Gamindo (business team is made of 1 persone atm) Our 4 levels of recruiting process: - _ Level 2: _Let’s jump on a quick introductory call on the phone (max 30min) - _ Level 3:_ Let’s set a role-playing sales interview (max 1h) - Level 4: Founder Interview (max 30min) - Let’s decide if we want to play together.
