Bridgestone and its subsidiaries develop, manufacture and market a wide range of Bridgestone, Firestone and associate brand products and solutions to address the needs of a broad range of customers and industries.ABOUT THE ROLEJob PurposeAs Regional LSCM Business Controller for South Europe, you will be responsible for end‐to‐end business controlling activities across Secondary Logistics Distribution Centers in the region. Reporting directly to the EMEA LSCM South Director, with a dotted line to the EMEA LSCM Finance Business Partner, you will act as a trusted business partner, providing financial insights, performance visibility, and decision‐support to enable sound and data‐driven business decisions across multiple countries.This is a cross‐regional role based in Vimercate, Madrid, or Paris, working closely with LSCM, Finance, and other key stakeholders within an international environment.Key Responsibilities Prepare and deliver the monthly LSCM performance package, tracking warehousing and logistics costs across secondary distribution centersCoordinate with the centralized Accounting team to ensure timely and accurate monthly and yearly closingsLead the annual budget and quarterly financial forecast processes for the South Europe secondary warehousesProvide proactive financial insights and anticipate operating issues impacting business performancePerform financial analysis to support key investment decisions initiated by the LSCM DirectorSupport LSCM and cross‐functional teams with logistics cost analysis and business case developmentMonitor cost variances, KPIs, and performance trends to support decision‐makingContribute to standardized EMEA LSCM controlling routines, tools, and methodologiesActively participate in continuous improvement initiatives within a lean controlling environmentEnsure full compliance with Bridgestone EMEA finance and internal control policies Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related fieldAdditional finance or controlling certifications are considered a plus 3–5 years of experience in business controlling roles within multinational, industrial environmentsProven experience in logistics or freight cost controlling and forecastingTrack record of participating in controlling or performance‐improvement projects Advanced proficiency in ExcelStrong working knowledge of SAP FI‐CO modulesExperience with SAP Business Intelligence or similar reporting toolsSolid understanding of logistics flows and cost drivers Language Skills Fluent English (written and spoken) – mandatorySpanish, Italian, or French is considered a strong plus Strong analytical and problem‐solving mindsetAbility to balance attention to detail with a clear sense of materialityEffective communication and presentation skills, adaptable to different audiencesAbility to work in an international, cross‐functional environmentComfortable managing deadlines, ambiguity, and fluctuating prioritiesProactive, self‐motivated, and flexible approach to work The opportunity to develop and grow, through training and regular mentorship.Corporate Social Responsibility activities.We are committed to create an even more inclusive culture that advances equity, embraces individuality, and helps our increasingly diverse teammates, customers, and communities thrive, by providing equal opportunities in employment.
