Scope of Responsibilities:
You will:
Take significant responsibility in assisting the Director of Competition Law in designing, implementing, and managing Accenture's global competition law program. This includes handling issues related to teaming arrangements, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, employment, procurement, and data management. Serve as one of Accenture's legal subject matter experts on competition laws by:
* Providing advice to businesses and legal professionals regarding compliance with competition laws;
* Designing tools, policies, and materials to enhance global compliance efforts;
* Developing and conducting training on competition law issues.
Collaborate with Legal M&A teams to identify, analyze, and mitigate antitrust issues, coordinate merger control filings worldwide, and assist in responding to government inquiries.

Qualifications:
Legal qualifications:
* Law degree;
* 5-7 years of relevant experience as a competition lawyer;
* Ability to work in the specified country or obtain credentials prior to start date.
Professional Skills:
* Fluency in competition law, ethics programs, and best practices; working knowledge of codes of conduct, ethics training, and core values;
* Motivated, proactive, with curiosity about ethics and compliance risks;
* Ability to implement strategies and drive change;
* Collaborative, strategic problem-solver who adapts quickly;
* Effective communicator in English at all organizational levels;
* Good judgment, task prioritization skills;
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
