**Summary**
The person will be part of the System Support team, based in Medolla.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Provide support to field service colleagues, worldwide, on technical aspects related to IT systems, connectivity, software ;
- Provide troubleshooting directly on the field, in Italy or abroad, if necessary;
- Maintain and manage the software that support Service activities;
- Collect Users’ comments (Help Desk, Forum, etc..) and transfer, or process, relevant information/feedbacks;
- Support the development of new IT products/Services;
**Qualifications**
- Degree (or High School Diploma) in Information Technologies or similar fields;
- Previous experience in IT Technical Support, IT Help Desk, IT System Management or similar roles could be a plus;
- Skills in network configuration and maintenance;
- Very good knowledge of English language;
- Ability to work in team, very good relational skills;
- Smart and flexible approach;
- Availability to travel.
