In this role you will lead technical teams to design and deliver robust technology solutions for financial services clients. You will steer project architecture, align with business goals, and ensure quality across delivery. You will work closely with clients and cross-functional teams to drive successful outcomes in Capco's growth-focused Italian consulting practice. Responsabilità
* At least 8 years of experience as Technical Lead or IT Architect
* Hands‑on software development and system administration experience
* Understanding of strategic IT solutions
* Experience in project management and SOA
* Knowledge of JavaScript and Java
* Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases, plus vector database
* Knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., Azure)
* Excellent communication skills
* Good knowledge of English
* Problem‑solving aptitude
* Strong organizational and leadership skills
