The Art Director at Take Off, reporting to the Creative Director, will manage creative projects from ideation to final execution, bringing an innovative approach and a sophisticated aesthetic sense to every brief. Key Responsibilities Concept Development: Ideating and developing creative concepts for projects and campaigns. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partnering with Production teams to ensure the effective implementation of the creative vision, ensuring consistency, meticulous attention to visual detail, and overall project quality. Pitching & Presentation: Developing creative decks and proposals to be presented to clients. Visual Design: Crafting graphic and visual elements, ensuring they align perfectly with the project's objectives. Casting & Research: Conducting visual research and supporting the casting process for productions. On-Set Management: Managing photo and video sets—both independently and alongside the team—acting as a creative reference for both the crew and the client. Vendor Coordination: Coordinating and collaborating with external suppliers and creative partners. Requirements & Skills Experience: 4+ years in a similar role Expertise: Proven skills in Art Direction and Graphic Design. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the fashion indistry, with a sharp eye for trends and innovative visual languages. Creative Flair: A natural predisposition for visual and creative research. Project Management: Excellent deadline management and ability to work within budget guidelines. Technical Skills: Mastery of design software (Adobe Creative Suite), photo editing tools, and image management software (e.g., Capture One).
