In this IT Manager role, you will lead local IT operations within Sephora Italy, shaping how technology supports the business. You’ll act as the main IT contact, drive improvements, and manage governance-driven changes. You’ll oversee infrastructure, security compliance (GDPR) and vendor relations, ensuring efficient services for the country. The position blends hands‑on IT leadership with strategic budgeting and cross‑functional collaboration, all in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.

* Serve as primary IT point of contact for the country

* Manage change processes per Group governance and best practices

Responsabilità
* Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
* 5+ years IT management experience
* Strong IT infrastructure and operations management skills
* Expertise in network administration, cybersecurity, and GDPR compliance
* Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
* Retail experience is a plus
* Project and change management experience preferred
