Retribuzione / Benefits Develop and execute sourcing strategies for Tier 2 electronic components based on market dynamics and technology trends Build strong relationships with component manufacturers and distributors to secure supply continuity and access to innovation Negotiate agreements balancing cost, quality, and long-term availability Monitor electronic component market trends (lead times, allocation risks, obsolescence) and adapt sourcing strategies Collaborate with R&D and engineering to influence component selection and design choices Manage lifecycle risks, including obsolescence and end‐of‐life strategies Drive supplier performance across cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability metrics Work cross‐functionally with Supply Chain, Quality, Operations, and Finance teams Deliver on key KPIs (cost savings, NOWC, PPM, supplier consolidation, contract coverage) Act as the interface with internal electronics manufacturing site to align sourcing with production needs Responsabilità Master's degree in Electrical/Electronic engineering Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement and purchasing within a global organization, mainly in Electrical/Electronic Commodities Experience in adjacent disciplines such as Electronic Engineering/Design, Supply Chain, R&D is welcomed Proficiency in Microsoft Office Ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment Excellent listening, verbal and written communication skills Ability to make important decisions under pressure and tight deadlines Willingness to travel Fluent in English; knowledge of French is an advantage Requisiti fondamentali hybrid work option flexible work‐life balance country‐specific perks well‐being support growth opportunities sustainability‐focused culture #J-18808-Ljbffr
