The Risk and Control Coordinator is primarily responsible for managing the operational risks of CACI's Italian branches, ensuring compliance with risk management and control standards set by CACI and CAA Group.
The scope of activities includes:
* Risk Identification
* Ensure comprehensive mapping of processes and operational risks.
* Monitor Italian regulatory developments relevant to operational risk management and internal controls.
1. Risk Assessment
* Ensure systematic assessment of risks in the management of Italian branches.
* Contribute to cross-functional risk reviews within the Italian perimeter.
* Perform independent reviews of significant operational projects and developments.
2. Risk Control
* Implement the operational risk management framework at the branch level, aligned with standards.
* Ensure the internal control framework effectively prevents and detects incidents.
* Provide recommendations to strengthen control measures.
3. Operational Incident Management
* Ensure prompt response to operational incidents.
* Support learning from incidents and track remediation actions.
* Report ongoing incidents to management and governance bodies.
