Ph3Responsibilities /h3 ul liMaintain a culture of Safety and Health above all else along with a strong environmental responsibility. /li liBe a "Subject Matter Expert" on RCS / Hydraulics / and Mechanical fault finding for the Epiroc URE product range. /li liSupport and train national Technicians with faultfinding and trouble shooting. /li liProvide hands‑on technical (on‑the‑job) training internally. /li liReview, coach and advise on the work activities including regular inspections. /li liBalance work quality vs cost without compromise of health and safety – find the optimal balance. /li liFocus on key service metrics, including MTTF (mean time to failure after PM) in conjunction with line manager. /li liProvide hands‑on training, coaching mentoring 50 hrs, monthly average. /li liProvide bi‑weekly report to line manager regarding above. /li liLiaise with Trainers to develop the technical skill set of the national Technicians. /li liAssist to Shift Supervisor. /li liAct as Supervisor of the Epiroc Preventive Maintenance program of our equipment. /li liEnsure all drill equipment when returned to work after maintenance activities has been inspected and signed off as ready to work. /li liMaintain a rigorous inspection regime that is always reflective in backlog. /li liTrain the team theoretically practically with Nerospec function Technology associated with Epiroc machine. /li liFocus on Nerospec PM and breakdown activities including in the field maintain the reliability of the fleet. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMinimum 5 years of experience on underground mining equipment such as drill rigs, loaders, dump trucks. /li liTrade qualified Mechanical. /li liExtensive experience on RCS system, automation and technology systems is preferred. /li liGood knowledge of Epiroc products both for surface and underground mining and geological drilling. /li liMS Excel and Word Basic, SAP knowledge. /li liEpiroc / Atlas Copco/’s mandatory certificates. /li liRoot cause analysis experience (Applied failure analysis). /li liOil sampling techniques and protocols. /li liAdvanced Hydraulics, Electrics Pneumatics skills, experience. /li liAC, Epiroc Essential Basics course. /li liTechnical training experience on the job and in classroom environment. /li /ul pThis position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, operations, and customer support – where your expertise directly contributes to the success and reliability of advanced equipment in the field.
