The Shopper Activation Executive role supports the delivery of best‐in‐class in‐store activation across the ANZ and plays a key part in bringing brand and shopper strategies to life at point of sale, with a primary focus on Tic Tac brand, while also supporting other brands as required.The Shopper Activation Executive will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Category and Field teams, as well as external partners, to ensure retail activations are executed with excellence, on time and within budget.Main Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of high‐impact point‐of‐sales materials (POS) and in‐store activation plans aligned to brand and shopper strategiesManage POS projects end‐to‐end, from briefing through to production, delivery and in‐store executionConduct store visits to monitor execution quality, competitor activity and activation effectivenessSupport planning and execution of shopper marketing initiatives across key retail customers, both in‐store and onlineWork cross‐functionally to ensure strong execution and clear communicationEvaluate campaign performance and share learnings to inform future planningLiaise with creative, print and production suppliers to deliver POS materials on time and to specificationSupport supplier performance reviews and continuous improvement initiativesSupport internal processes related to packaging codes, pre‐packs and POS stock managementAssist with POS budget tracking, reporting and invoice reconciliationEnsure accurate documentation and coordination across teamsAct as a key point of contact between Sales, Marketing, Category, Retail Operations and external partnersLiaise with regional and global stakeholders to support approvals, alignment and sharing of best practice
About You:
University degree in Marketing, Business, Commerce or a related disciplineRelevant experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, retail activation or commercial rolesExperience in an FMCG or retail environment is strongly preferredExposure to POS, in‐store execution or campaign coordination is an advantageStrong organisational and project coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast‐paced environmentClear and confident communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with a wide range of stakeholdersStrong attention to detail with an analytical mindsetProactive, collaborative and solution‐focused approach
