Assistant Night Manager | Caruso a Belmond HotelCompetenze, Esperienza, Qualifiche: se possiede i requisiti giusti per questa possibilità, si candidi oggi stesso.Reports to Front Office Manager.Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesDeal with all Front Office operations (check in - check out - escorting - cashier operations - guests' care) according to company policies and procedures and compliance with our code of conduct.Handle emergencies according to the relevant training.Daily closure, cashier check for all hotel outlets, accounting reports, posting control, providing data to statistics and local government institutions.Handle guests services last minute requests.RequirementsEffective and punctual written and verbal communication.Ability to work collaboratively within a group, showing respect and sharing information and skills.Willingness to continuously develop oneself.Accuracy and precision in all duties and checks carried out.QualificationsExcellent communication skills with guests and co-workers.Detail and guest care oriented.Fluent in English and Italian.Possess a courteous and professional telephone manner.At least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably in luxury hotels.Preferred knowledge of LQA and Forbes standards.Preferred knowledge of PMS Infor HMS and Alice Concierge systems (not required).BenefitsSeasonal Labor contract according to C.C.N.L.
