Are you ready to leave your mark?The Digital Media Manager plays a pivotal role in leading Reckitt's digital campaign activations in-platform, overseeing media performance & developing campaign best practice. Being the main point of contact for the Western Europe Consumer Engagement (CE) Pod, you will be responsible for co-creating digital activation plans across key brands in collaboration with a wider team – supported by the local Media, Audience & Performance teams.The Digital Media Manager will oversee the daily media performance across key channels, ensuring campaign optimisations are implemented. You will act as the senior digital expert for key digital platform(s) – responsible for developing & updating digital channel playbooks, advising on campaign set-up and leading a team of digital in-house traders to support with the running of campaigns.The TeamThe Applied Media Science (AMS) team works closely with both external partners & internal teams to ensure Reckitt's campaigns are activated with excellence in-platform. Reporting directly to the Digital Trading Lead – you will be responsible for managing a team of Digital Associates to ensure media best practices are followed.Your responsibilities
Working closely with the CE Pod to ensure all digital campaign details get actioned in accordance with the campaign briefsCo-create digital activation plans in collaboration with audience, performance & content teams to ensure campaigns are set-up for successAdvising on digital media channels & in-platform tactics that align to the media comms objectivesOversee a team of digital traders, providing necessary training & assistance in managing digital campaigns in-platformDevelop digital channel playbooks – championing in-platform best practices & upskilling the internal trading team on new platform capabilitiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to execute digital test & learnsProviding monthly media actualizations to CE teamsIdentify new testing opportunities that will help drive our media activations forward, through working with industry partners and internal stakeholdersBe proactive in sharing good results, case studies to wider teams
The experience we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven hands‐on experience in planning & buying successful programmatic and/or paid social/search campaigns/Ecommerce. (Min. 5 years of in‐platform experience)Demonstrate strong understanding of programmatic DSPs and/or Social (DV360, TTD, Amazon, e‐retailer DSPs etc), (Meta, TikTok etc) and paid search a plusPrevious exposure to using ad verification & ad server platforms such as the likes of DoubleVerify & Google Campaign ManagerExperience in managing teams, setting objectives & aiding with task prioritisation
