WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE - Master’s Degree in Law - Knowledge of legislation, legal systems and government policies in business and commerce environment - Knowledge of reviewing, drafting and negotiating a broad spectrum of agreements and legal information both in italian and in English - Energized by contributing to overall success and results through collaboration and teamworking - Strong time management and ability to work under pressure - Comfortably handles unclear or unpredictable situations - Fluent in English and in Italian WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY Through this internship with a focused training project in the Legal Area, you will become part of the Legal team in our Head Quarter. Guided by your company Tutor and together with the entire Team you will support and learn the following activities: - Review, draft and negotiate commercial agreements and legal documents. - Cooperate with, integrate in the business, and build good relations with, stakeholders to secure mutually sustainable solutions. - Active cooperation with Group Legal & Governance in order to secure alignment of country agenda. - Implement standard processes and ways of working for the legal area in the Ingka Group. - Develop competence and provide education to relevant stakeholders in the area of laws and regulations.
