The position holds overall accountability for the success of the responsible business area, ensuring oversight of business operations in Southern Europe area (France, Spain, Italy, Türkiye). /p ul liDevelop and execute an effective sub-regional sales strategy, with clear vision and actionable plans across short-, mid-, and long-term horizons. /li liBuild and manage strategic relationships with customers, partners, end operators, and key suppliers; strengthen existing accounts while developing new business opportunities. /li liLead, coach, and develop the sales team to achieve higher levels of performance. /li liProactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through customer engagement, while building a strong understanding of customer needs and requirements. /li liDrive and support cross‑selling initiatives across Southern Europe. /li liHold full accountability for PL performance within the responsible area. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Electrical Engineering or similar relevant field. /li liSolid experience in Telecom, Data Centers, or Industrial sectors. /li li8-10 years of proven sales experience with a strong track record of delivering consistent business results, including multi-country responsibility. /li liStrong leadership and people development skills, with the ability to lead teams, drive performance, and foster collaboration in an international environment. /li liDeep business acumen and market knowledge, including industry trends (e.g., AI, ORAN). /li liCustomer-focused and results-driven with strong communication and strategic partnership skills. /li liFluent in English and either Italian or Spanish. /li liWillingness to travel. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
