Align HR activities to business needs and provide full HR services support (talent acquisition, talent management, engagement CB, employee/industrial relations, labor rights, etc.) to achieve business objectives in line with Global HR strategy, industry best practices and local legislation. /p pThe role will report directly to the Global Head of HR at Hillebrand Gori, with a dotted-line reporting to the Country Manager of Hillebrand Gori Italy. /p h3Location /h3 pLivorno, Italy. We are looking for someone based in/near our Livorno office or willing to relocate there. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDefine, in agreement with the country management team, the local HR strategy (long and short term) and policies within overall business context, in terms of talent acquisition, talent management, compensation benefits, industrial relations and training. /li liLead the implementation of HR plans, policies and processes for the France organization, covering all areas of HR, and aligned with global/ regional guidelines. /li liGuide and advise country management team in all HR topics. /li liDevelop and implement HR plans to build high performance, strong organizational culture, attraction and retention of talent, compensation and rewards, process improvement and efficiency. /li liMaintain regular relationship with authorities, local unions and lawyers. /li liAdvise, influence and support managers in the effective use of country labor laws/contracts and collective agreements. /li liSupport business growth or transformation agenda, effective management of organizational changes, ensuring advise and building organizational capability. /li liCultivate and maintain strong relationships within own country and beyond, including other Hillebrand Gori countries, functions and DHL teams. /li liDrive further integration of HR backoffice activities within DGFF division /li liPrepare and monitor local HR budget; manage all relevant costs and expenses of the HR department within the allocated budget. /li liAnticipate, identify and resolve risks or issues to lead successful deployment of HR plans and policies /li /ul h3Stakeholders /h3 ul liCommunicate and influence senior business leaders outside of own job area to accept practices and approaches /li liDevelop strong, trusting relationships with senior business leaders across the company /li liCoordinate 3rd parties e.g. external service providers /li liLead discussions and negotiations /li /ul h3Qualifications Key Requirements /h3 ul liFluent in Italian and good proficiency in English are a must /li liMinimum 8 years of experience, preferably in Logistics sector, with at least 5 years in a management role /li liDemonstrated experience partnering with senior management and/or executives of the business, preferably in a complex environment e.g. matrix /li liMastery of all HR competencies, including union/employee relations, change management, talent acquisition and management, CB, training. /li liBalanced focus on strategic and operational HR activities /li liExperience in budget management and change management desired /liliBachelor or Master’s degree, preferably in HR, Business Management, or equivalent /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
