Senior Global Service Delivery Manager Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager to lead our global service delivery function and drive service excellence across our business.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a seasoned professional to play a key role in shaping and strengthening our global service delivery capabilities, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal teams and external vendors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of IT and digital services, fostering a culture of service governance and continuous improvement, and monitoring performance against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Service Delivery Leadership: Oversee the delivery of IT and digital services, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and high customer satisfaction.
- Culture Development: Foster a culture of service governance and continuous improvement, driving process improvements and best practices.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor performance against SLAs and KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Stakeholder Management: Lead service delivery meetings with vendors and internal teams, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
Requirements:
- Proven Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in service delivery management within a global organization.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of SLAs, KPIs, and ITIL-based processes, as well as understanding of Service Desk, Infrastructure Operations, and AMS services.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to effectively communicate with internal teams and external vendors.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
