How You’ll Make An Impact
- Drive end-to-end recruitment for roles on the German-speaking market across multiple functions and Business Units
- Act as an advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights and talent solutions
- Partner with local HR and business stakeholders to work actively on their hiring needs and build proactive pipelines
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all hiring practices
- Represent the company at external events and build strong employer branding initiatives
Your background
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition in a similar role ideally combined with experience working in an international or matrixed environment
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all levels of the organization
- Good understanding of German-speaking labor market is mandatory
- Deep understanding of sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and assessment tools
- Fluency in German and English is mandatory (C1 level or mother tongue)
- Passionate about people, data-driven decision-making, and delivering results
