About the Role:
We are looking for a hands-on and technically proficient Service Delivery Manager to ensure the highest standards of installation, commissioning, and after-sales support for our Aerial Work Platform (AWP) products. This role is critical for maintaining customer satisfaction and operational excellence across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee on-site installation, commissioning, technical training, and after-sales service support for AWP products.
* Coordinate local service partners or technical teams to guarantee delivery quality and adherence to timelines.
* Troubleshoot customer problems on-site and provide effective technical solutions.
* Gather user feedback to contribute to product experience optimization.
* Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance customer satisfaction and drive repeat business.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in AWP service delivery, technical support, or field service roles.
* In-depth familiarity with AWP product mechanics, operational procedures, and common fault resolution.
* Professional proficiency in English for seamless collaboration with technical teams.
* An educational or professional background in fields like mechanical maintenance, mechatronics, or engineering services is preferred.
* Ability and willingness to undertake frequent travel, with strong problem-solving skills in field settings.
