Role Summary and Impact
As a Media Supervisor specialising in Offline Media Planning, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing high‐impact media strategies for our diverse client portfolio. Operating with a significant degree of autonomy, you will lead the planning, implementation, and optimisation of all offline media campaigns (TV, Press, Radio, Addressable). Your expertise will directly contribute to client growth by delivering innovative and effective media solutions, enhancing brand visibility, and driving measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate a team in charge of Offline Media Planning (TV, Press, Radio, Addressable).
Manage relationships with assigned clients.
Plan and manage media according to the guidelines supplied by the Client Lead.
Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
Participate in defining communication strategies, following guidelines from the Client Manager.
Coordinate with creative agencies for advertising materials.
Coordinate with the international hub of assigned clients.
Participate in client meetings, presenting media plans and performance reports.
Requirements
A minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in offline media planning within a media agency environment.
Proven experience in leading, coordinating, or supervising a team of media planners.
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
Demonstrated exceptional accuracy, precision, and meticulous attention to detail in data analysis and plan development.
Highly organised, effectively managing multiple complex projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks, and meeting tight deadlines.
Proactive approach to identifying opportunities, solving challenges, and taking ownership of tasks.
Independent decision‐maker, managing responsibilities with a high degree of self‐sufficiency.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to articulate complex media strategies to diverse audiences.
Strong understanding of media landscape dynamics, consumer behaviour, and how offline channels contribute to broader marketing objectives.
